Who We Are

The Chijioke Ugwueze Memorial Foundation (CUMEF) was established in loving memory of Hon. Chijioke Ugwueze, a visionary leader, public servant, and community advocate who dedicated his life to the service of humanity. Until his passing, Hon. Ugwueze was known for his unwavering commitment to justice, education, healthcare, and community empowerment.

He believed deeply in using public office and personal resources to create lasting change. The Foundation was thus born out of the desire to sustain his humanitarian ideals and community development legacy.
